What does this adapter do?

The Blitzsafe HON/M-LINK1 V.2X allows you to hear the audio from your clickwheel iPod in your compatible factory installed audio system.

This item will charge your iPod/iPhone, and is recently upgraded to charge the new iPhone 3G, and the other new USB 5 Volt Pods.

The Blitzsafe HON/M-LINK1 V.2X will work in vehicles with the factory installed indash 6 disc changer and in vehicles without the indash cd changer.

Where is the installation done?

The Blitzsafe HON/M-LINK1 V.2X connects to the 14 pin connector at the rear of the factory radio.
