Use the Metra 99-4012 installation kit when replacing the factory head unit in many GM vehicles. This kit is the ONLY one that I will use, as I have tried them all! It is metal and it is awesome! If you cannnot remove the mounting brackets from your factory radio, then you will need to purchase vehicle specific mounting brackets for use with this item.
