What does this adapter do?

The PIE HON-AUX allows you to add any auxiliary audio source to your compatible factory installed audio system.

    • Note: NOT compatible with Acura model 3403 radio. See front panel of radio for 3403 marking.

Other application notes:

  • If you have the single, remote mounted cassette player, the HON-AUX will connect to the open 8 pin connector at the Cassette unit.
  • The PIE HON-AUX is NOT compatible with models with 6 disc indash radios.
  • The PIE HON-AUX is NOT compatible with Acura radio Model 3403. This will be printed on the front of the radio.

    • Where is the installation done?

    The PIE HON-AUX connects to the OPEN 8 pin connector at the rear of the factory radio.
